SHIPPING & RETURNS

Pencil Pusher Design Co will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, contact us at pencilpusherdesignco@gmail.com within 21 days from the receipt of the original order. Items cannot be exchanged or returned after the 21 days from the receipt of the original order. Items must be returned with all Pencil Pusher Design Co order receipts and in the original packaging.

*All items ship from Ontario via Canada Post and take 3-5 business days to deliver. All out of province shipments may take up to 10 business days given the delivery location. All orders are provided a tracking number for daily updates and estimated delivery times.
